・ご予約時間に10分以上の遅刻は対応時間を短縮させていただきます。
・ご変更やキャンセルはご予約日の３日前まで承ります。
・ご予約日の２日前以降のご変更やキャンセルは100%のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
また、複数回のコース中の方は1回分消化とさせていただきます。
・無断キャンセルや当日キャンセルされた方の以後再予約はお受けできかねます。
